Another month, another block of hard but fun training.
Classes will be held on Tuesday evenings at 7.15 and to keep things manageable are £36 for the block of 6. If you’d like a guest to come along to try it out, let us know! First session will be the 11th February, 1 week after the AGM.
If you’ve never done this before, it’s very relaxed and everything is geared to your own chosen power/ resistance level so it’s completely inclusive. The pedals have SPD on one side and toeclips on the other side so you can wear either trainers or mountain bike shoes.
